If you have used a frame grip, you love it. They are great for safely lifting frames using only one hand. They clamp around plastic or wooden frames and securely hold them for easier inspections. The stainless steel frame grip is excellent, especially when getting started or working with a beginner beekeeper.

A frame grip is helpful for hive inspections as it allows you to lift a frame straight up more confidentially and reduces the risk of damaging the queen or other bees by rolling them against each other. They are also great for guests as they can easily lift frames with a better grip on the frame.
